New Haven's Premier Chamber Orchestra
Welcome to the home of the New Haven Chamber Orchestra!
We are an intergenerational community orchestra with a dual mission: to bring the wonderful realm of orchestral chamber music to the greater New Haven community and to promote and enhance literacy through music.
During COVID-19, we were meeting online for rehearsals and having invited guests perform for us throughout the year. As of September 2022, we are meeting in person again!
Usually, the New Haven Chamber Orchestra performs three concerts a year. Come join us for these FREE concerts and experience the joy of chamber music for yourself.

The New Haven Chamber Orchestra’s 2022-2023 season has been made possible with the support of the CT Cultural Fund Operating Support Grant and the Arts Council of Greater New Haven who received funding from the National Endowment for the Arts’ American Rescue Plan Act Program.
